About Nuri

Nuri Çorbacıoğlu was born in 1981 in the Çivril district of Denizli, Türkiye. He completed his undergraduate studies in Social Studies Teaching at Süleyman Demirel University and his master's degree at Afyon Kocatepe University's Social Sciences Institute. After working as a history and geography teacher at some of Türkiye's prominent private schools, he left teaching to pursue a career in photography, video production, and visual communication design. He began teaching these disciplines at Erciyes University and Nuh Naci Yazgan University.

During his university years, photography became his lifestyle, and he achieved international recognition as an artist, earning the AFIAP title (International Photography Artist) from the World Photography Art Federation in 2012. He also ventured into creating documentaries for major documentary channels in Türkiye, assuming various roles in documentary productions.

After discovering the photographic potential of the wild horses in Kayseri's Hürmetçi marshes and promoting it for tourism, he embarked on a photography journey under the slogan "Horses of Cappadocia." By creating unique photographic setups in the Salt Lake, Cappadocia, and Hürmetçi Marshes, he significantly contributed to Türkiye’s tourism industry and the art of photography.

Being a former teacher and academic, has been taking photos for over 20 years. Having worked in various fields related to photography, Nuri has been organizing photography tours for over 10 years. Based in Cappadocia, he operates throughout Turkey. Due to the documentary 'Turkey’s Photography Routes' he made for a TV channel, his connections with local photographers are very strong, allowing him to organize near-perfect events. Working with prominent partners globally, Nuri is also the founder of Turkey’s largest incoming agency. mission is to showcase Türkiye's natural and cultural beauty to the world through the power of photography. With the brand he created, 'Cappadocia Photo Tours,' - the largest photography tour organization in Türkiye - he began organizing events, workshops, and tours, especially for equine photographers and riders, in Cappadocia and throughout Türkiye.

Çorbacıoğlu also serves as an executive producer and fixer in national and international projects through his production company, Cappadocia Film Works.
